Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window

The refund and product return policy lasts for thirty (30) calendar days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or replacement.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused. It must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This applies to any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. It also applies to any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and we will request a bank account to refund your money within a certain timeframe.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refund@ergastini.com

Sale Items

Refunds are only allowed for regular priced items. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange a defective item for the same one, send us an email at refund@ergastini.com and send your product to: 7 Damaskinou, 713 05 Heraklion Crete, Greece.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate or an electronic discount code will be mailed/emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and notify them of the return.

Shipping for Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: 7 Damaskinou, 713 05 Heraklion Crete, Greece. You will not incur shipping costs if the return concerns a defective product or a product different from your order. In all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying them. Cash on delivery (COD) fees or bank card commissions are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
