General Information
Each product on our Website displays its availability as “Available”, “Back order”, or “Out of stock”. This status is indicative and regularly updated. You cannot purchase an out-of-stock product; however, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you and provide a full refund. Shipping times depend on product availability and force majeure events (e.g., bad weather, strikes, courier issues), for which the Company bears no liability.
Delivery Methods & Locations
We ship your products via Hellenic Post, BoxNow, FedEx or Transport companies for very large and heavy products. Shipments are track-able and can be registered if you prefer. If a product cannot be delivered to your chosen destination, we will notify you promptly. You will then have the option to cancel the entire order or just the specific product. We guarantee a full refund for any canceled items.
Delivery Times
We provide an estimated delivery time once your order is placed. These estimates start from the shipping date, not the order date, and are subject to order approval. Barring exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within five (5) business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not ship on weekends. Delivery dates may vary based on the carrier, location, delivery method, and ordered items. Products may also arrive in separate shipments. Once shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated based on your order’s weight or volume and the chosen delivery method. To view your shipping cost, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Additional fees may apply for remote areas or particularly large or heavy items. All shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your payment.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at sales@ergastini.gr and provide your order code.
